On one occasion, a famous writer was at his study room writing about his gall bladder surgery the previous year. It was not the best of times. Having turned 60, he had to retire. He also lost his father, and then, his son failed in his exam because of a car accident. "Alas! It was such a bad year!" he wrote. When the writer's wife entered the room, she found her husband looking sad. She returned with another piece of paper. Written on it as following: Last year, I got rid of my gall bladder. I turned 60 with sound health and retired. Now I can use my time to write something with more focus. My father, at 95, met his creator peacefully. My car was destroyed in an accident, but my son was alive. The year was an immense blessing from God.
Same incidents, but different viewpoints. In our daily lives we must see that it's not happiness that makes us grateful but gratitude that makes us happy.

JOURNEY OF FRIENDSHIP......
For one years ago I was very lonely and didn't talk with anyone about my feelings. At the time I didn't have many friends. The year before I had released myself from a "friend" who treated me very badly. I was longing for a best friend. I wanted some one to share my experiences and secrets with. I wanted some one to understand me. I started to imagine this friend. Often I imagined our conversations and what we would do, but I didn't give my imagination a face. I remember looking up in the sky and wishing for this friend.
Some weeks later I got a friend on social networking site and we spoke just generally but I had wished for a best friend and i got it she was the one with whom i used to chat on Social Netwrking sit, but the universe gave me so much more. I have met her thrice. We can sense each other, and it just takes one look and we know what the other one is thinking. After spending time with each other for many months I didn't think that our friendship could grow much stronger. But now we have known each other for 1 year and our friendship is growing all the time. Although we had been in the same school for years I know it was meant for us to find each other when we did. Because our experiences made so we were at the same levels. It made us ready for each other!
But it hasn't only been easy. I have learned that the people you love the most are the ones that can hurt you the most. We have gone through both easy and hard times. But I´m grateful for the hard times, because they have forced me to grow and taught me a lot. My best friend has changed me. She has made me believe in myself. And I am now focusing on fulfilling one one of my biggest dreams. Without her I wouldn't even have realized what my biggest dream is. I have gotten a better contact with my family. Now I consider her as a part of my family.
I know that there are many friends out in the world for you. I am so grateful to have met one of mine. Believe in them, and your paths will cross!
This poem is specially dedicated to one of my bestest friend…….
Though there is gold up in the mountains-
Lovely pearls deep in the sea-
Those treasures do not mean as much
As your friendship means to me.
While diamonds may be beautiful,
And worth a lot of money,
They cannot give a warm embrace
Or share jokes we think are funny.
I know it's true some people
Will collect much priceless art,
Yet I have never seen a picture
That showed me a loving heart.
So I don't need to spend a fortune
To have what means the most to me.
Knowing that I have had your friendship
Will be a treasured memory.

A FAULT LIES WITH OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM.
This notion defies logic, and because it comes in the context of the world's largest democracy, it is indeed shocking. The fault, partly, lies with our education system, which doesn't teach religious tolerance and human values. Clearly, most of the participants of the survey didn't know what is military rule, the conditions prevailing in the said countries and how such countries have ended up in a state of complete lawlessness and riots. I am saying that military rule will spell the failure of our country, but it will definitely not be a better state than a democracy. Time and time again, it has been proved that a democracy is the best form of government for its citizens. And so, where is the logic of putting a country under military rule? people should think before they speak
